Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments
- Document production activities, maintain work logs, and report any issues
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in Machining Technology or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
- Proficiency in operating and programming CNC milling machines
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
