PT Peroni Karya Sentra is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing CNC machining programs to drive our production of high-precision components. We are seeking a professional who understands the intricacies of modern manufacturing and can translate technical requirements into efficient, error-free code.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and write complex G-code and M-code programs for CNC milling and turning centers.
- Optimize machining cycles and tool paths to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal cycle times.
- Interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings to determine tooling, feeds, and speeds.
- Perform machine setup, tool changes, and program verification during production runs.
- Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot programming errors to maintain uninterrupted production flow.
- Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of machining programs and production data.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in major CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM) and Fanuc controls.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new machining technologies and processes.
