Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage engineering teams for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints
- Oversee the implementation of quality control measures and safety protocols
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to project requirements
- Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and drawings
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions as needed
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in project management (PMP) is preferred
- Experience with engineering software and project management tools
