Tanggung Jawab
- Installation, calibration, and regular maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Troubleshooting and repair of technical issues to minimize downtime
- Providing exceptional technical support and guidance to clients
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules
- Training clients on proper equipment usage and safety protocols
- Maintaining detailed service records and documentation
- Coordinating with technical team for complex equipment issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory equipment service and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Technical certification in relevant laboratory equipment is preferred
