As a Collections Analyst, you will leverage data analytics to segment customer portfolios, develop targeted treatment strategies, and oversee the execution of recovery actions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies for both Consumer and SME loan portfolios.
- Conduct in-depth portfolio segmentation and analyze delinquency trends to identify risk factors.
- Oversee the execution of treatment actions, including outbound calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as recovery rates and aging schedules to optimize processes.
- Collaborate with the risk and credit teams to refine underwriting models and prevent future defaults.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for management review to track recovery performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal collection policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in collections, credit risk analysis, or financial services.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Singapore’s financial regulatory landscape.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
