Lapulapu Multipurpose Cooperative is looking for a results-oriented and professional Collector to join our finance team in Davao City. In this key role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our members regarding payments and collections. We are dedicated to providing quality service and maintaining healthy financial relationships within our community.
As a Collector, you will be responsible for interacting with members to ensure the timely collection of dues, loans, and other financial obligations. You will leverage your communication skills to resolve outstanding balances and provide excellent customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Collect outstanding payments, loan balances, and membership dues from cooperative members in a professional and respectful manner.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with delinquent accounts to resolve issues and update member records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with inquiries regarding their accounts and payment options.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Communicate effectively to explain payment schedules, terms, and cooperative policies to members.
- Ensure all collected funds are properly documented and deposited into the cooperative’s accounts.
- Adhere strictly to all cooperative policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in collections, customer service, or accounting is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local dialect.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work on-site in Davao City and handle face-to-face interactions.
