Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the organization remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to prevent and detect compliance violations
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective actions as necessary
- Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure consistent application of compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CCEP) is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs, preferably in real estate or financial services
- Strong knowledge of local and international regulations applicable to property development and financial services
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in compliance management software and data analysis tools
- Strong ethical standards and integrity with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
