You will work on-site at our Clark hub, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier implementations. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and customize Ideagen software solutions to meet specific client requirements and business processes.
- Conduct thorough system analysis and gap analysis to identify opportunities for software optimization.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define precise technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Perform end-to-end testing and quality assurance to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to client users during and post-implementation.
- Document all configuration changes, scripts, and technical processes for knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure business continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Configuration Consultant or similar role within the SaaS or enterprise software industry.
- Strong understanding of software configuration, customization, and integration principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, workflow management systems, or similar platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Jira).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple client projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid working visa or citizenship for the Philippines.
