Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute content strategies across digital platforms (social media, blogs, email)
- Create engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, articles) aligned with brand voice
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on data insights
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaign integration and brand consistency
- Stay updated on digital trends and algorithm changes to maintain competitive edge
- Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery across all channels
- Contribute to SEO optimization and content discoverability initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1+ years experience in digital content creation or social media management
- Proficiency in content tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, analytics platforms)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative content projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available for 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
