Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows.
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and organize travel logistics for Group leadership.
  • Handle incoming communications, emails, and phone inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain and update corporate filing systems, employee records, and databases.
  • Prepare and edit business correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos.
  • Assist in the procurement process and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Support the coordination of company events and internal activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative coordination role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and time management.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
