Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain 24/7 data center operations including HVAC, power distribution, and fire suppression systems
- Respond to critical incidents with rapid troubleshooting and resolution to minimize downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and cooling infrastructure
- Implement and adhere to safety protocols for high-voltage environments
- Document operational metrics, maintenance logs, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize facility efficiency
- Participate in emergency response drills and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in data center or critical facility operations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and power distribution units
- Certifications in data center infrastructure (e.g., CDCP, CDCT) preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to on-call emergencies
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., DCIM, BMS systems)
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid electrical/mechanical maintenance certifications
