Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate pricing quotes and proposals for life science products and services
- Create and manage delivery orders (DO) and invoices to ensure timely order closure
- Process sales orders through end-to-end fulfillment pipeline
- Act as primary liaison for customer inquiries regarding product specifications and order status
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Maintain comprehensive customer documentation and transaction records
- Identify upsell opportunities and communicate product enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Biology, Pharmacy, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or sales support roles
- Proficiency in order processing systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and financial transactions
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of life science products and industry regulations
