- Process initial vehicle insurance claims according to established procedures
- Collaborate with Insurance Administration and Data Entry teams

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

- Basic knowledge of insurance processes (training provided)
