Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via live chat following company SOPs
- Resolve product/service issues with accuracy and empathy
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer needs
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics (response time, resolution rate)
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Continuously improve service quality through feedback implementation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficient in live chat platforms (e.g., LiveChat, Zendesk)
- Excellent written communication in Indonesian and English
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environment
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed (30+ WPM)
