Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional and courteous service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Process customer loan applications and documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Operate computer systems and software tools, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel, to maintain and update customer records.
- Perform daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Assist in cross-selling financial products and services to meet branch targets.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- Proficient in using computers and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a good command of English is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset and patience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be placed in Muaro Bungo, Jambi.
