Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Process orders, bookings, and account modifications accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues
- Maintain detailed customer records and update CRM systems
- Identify upsell opportunities and recommend relevant products/services
- Participate in team training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a BPO or corporate setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude and resilience under pressure
- Basic knowledge of hospitality/real estate industry is advantageous
