Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
  • Process orders, bookings, and account modifications accurately
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues
  • Maintain detailed customer records and update CRM systems
  • Identify upsell opportunities and recommend relevant products/services
  • Participate in team training to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a BPO or corporate setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
