Tanggung Jawab

- Process transactions, orders, and applications while maintaining accurate documentation

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or related support role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree preferred
