Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding sea freight shipments, providing timely updates on tracking information
- Calculate and communicate accurate freight rates to clients based on shipment specifications and current market conditions
- Prepare and process essential shipping documents including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other required paperwork
- Coordinate with shipping carriers, customs officials, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth cargo operations
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, shipments, and documentation for reference and reporting purposes
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to enhancing overall operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their shipping requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of sea freight processes, documentation requirements, and shipping regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly explain complex shipping concepts
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach to resolving shipping challenges
