Your primary responsibilities will include greeting members warmly as they arrive for their workouts, assisting with membership transactions, and accurately inputting sales data into our system.
As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with our members and contributing to the overall success of Willfitness Indonesia. - Greet members warmly as they arrive for their workouts and provide assistance with inquiries
- Handle membership transactions, including sign-ups, renewals, and payment processing
- Accurately input sales data and maintain customer records in our database
- Respond to member inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Assist with scheduling classes and personal training sessions when needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent member experience
- Stay updated on fitness programs, promotions, and facility policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience in a fitness or hospitality environment is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new systems
