Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and assist gym members with workout routines and equipment usage
- Process member registrations, renewals, and sales transactions accurately
- Manage check-in/out procedures using digital systems
- Resolve member inquiries and concerns promptly with professional solutions
- Collaborate with fitness trainers to coordinate member needs
- Maintain organized front desk operations and clean common areas
- Upsell gym memberships, personal training packages, and merchandise
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/fitness certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in retail or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic office software
- Ability to multitask in high-energy environments
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
