Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with logistics team for timely fulfillment
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Update customer records and maintain CRM database accuracy
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upselling opportunities
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Adapt to rotating night shift schedule covering international time zones
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with Bahasa Indonesia proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
