- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Manage customer databases and maintain accurate documentation
- Process administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and report preparation
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Assist in onboarding processes and documentation for new clients
- Support inventory management and order fulfillment coordination
- Prepare monthly administrative reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer support or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
