We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to join our team at PERSOL. Located in the East Region, this is a 1-year contract position offering a competitive monthly salary of $3,500 – $4,000, along with a completion bonus. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment while enjoying a flexible work schedule.

As a Customer Support Assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients. Your key responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining a professional reception area. You will also assist with general administrative duties and collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations. The schedule offers great flexibility, with options available between Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or Tuesday to Saturday, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist visitors and clients at the Changi Expo with directions and general information.
  • Process and maintain accurate records of customer feedback and complaints.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily workflows.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or GCE O-Level qualification in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and early mornings.
