Join Ivoclar Vivadent, a global leader in dental solutions, as our Customs & Foreign Trade Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison for customs and trade compliance, ensuring seamless operations across all Ivoclar subsidiaries worldwide. You will oversee the complex logistics of international trade, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time to facilitate the efficient movement of goods.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage tariff classifications, maintain relationships with customs brokers, and navigate the ever-changing regulatory landscape of international shipping. You will play a crucial role in minimizing delays and optimizing supply chain performance while adhering to all legal and corporate policies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes for imports and exports.
- Ensure accurate classification and valuation of goods in accordance with HS codes and local regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact for customs brokers, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor changes in trade regulations and implement necessary adjustments to compliance procedures.
- Prepare and review all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Investigate and resolve any customs-related issues, penalties, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management regarding trade activities and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customs brokerage, foreign trade compliance, or logistics.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Customs laws, tariff regulations, and trade agreements.
- Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems related to trade and logistics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) is highly preferred.
