Tanggung Jawab
- Lead SEAA deep-dives to uncover insights and identify trends
- Design and implement effective KPIs to measure business performance
- Utilize Databricks for advanced data processing and analysis
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for executive insights
- Support data preparation and cleaning processes
- Perform complex SQL queries and Excel analysis
- Ensure dashboards are up-to-date and accurately reflect business metrics
- Translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with data analysis tools including SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Knowledge of Databricks for advanced data processing and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with KPI design and implementation
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights
