Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies related to fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key trust and safety metrics in real-time.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to design and implement proactive safety features and automated detection systems.
- Conduct in-depth investigations into reported incidents, user complaints, and flagged content to determine root causes.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety policies and workflow processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in data protection and trust and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, with a preference for experience in Trust & Safety, Fraud Detection, or Risk Management.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Understanding of data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and data protection principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
