Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries.
- Monitor data center infrastructure performance and proactively identify potential issues to ensure maximum uptime.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to schedule and execute routine maintenance, audits, and facility upgrades.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to adhere to Equinix safety and operational standards.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and operational summaries to senior management.
- Facilitate smooth client onboarding processes and assist with the resolution of escalated technical or service tickets.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local regulations and company policies regarding data security and environmental management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations, facility management, or customer support within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of data center hardware, networking concepts (routers, switches, firewalls), and cabling standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Malay proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse, fast-paced team environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, DCMA) are highly desirable.
