Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot server hardware and networking equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections of facility systems, including power and cooling.
- Respond to critical incidents and perform rapid repairs to maintain 99.999% uptime standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data center operations and energy efficiency.
- Document all technical procedures, maintenance logs, and change requests accurately.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards during all operations.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware upgrades and infrastructure expansions.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or technical certificate in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience working in a Data Center, server room, or IT hardware support role.
- Strong understanding of hardware components, including CPUs, memory, storage, and network cards.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license for local transport within the facility.
