Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across desktop systems
- Manage IT incidents and service requests with SLA adherence
- Deploy, configure, and maintain desktop infrastructure and peripherals
- Ensure system security through patch management and compliance monitoring
- Create and maintain IT documentation including SOPs and troubleshooting guides
- Provide technical training and support to end-users across all departments
- Collaborate with network/server teams on integrated solutions
- Optimize IT processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of hands-on desktop support experience
- Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, and endpoint management
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals and security protocols
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools
- ITIL foundation certification preferred
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
