We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Advertiser to join our growing team at PT. Alifa Karya Sejahtera. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our digital advertising success, leveraging Facebook and Instagram platforms to drive significant brand awareness and generate high-quality leads. You will also utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to meticulously track user behavior and refine our marketing funnels to ensure maximum conversion rates.
As a key player in our marketing strategy, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager. Your deep understanding of ad targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing will directly impact our Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). We value creativity and analytical thinking, so you will be encouraged to experiment with new ad formats and creative strategies to stay ahead of the competition. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure visual consistency and with the sales team to align ad goals with business objectives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads).
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing funnels to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Create and test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to maximize ROAS.
- Monitor budget allocation and adjust bids to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Meta Ads Management.
- Strong proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads Manager.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager setup.
- Experience with funnel strategy and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
