Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and SEO channels
- Create engaging content (blogs, videos, graphics) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
- Manage social media accounts, community engagement, and paid advertising campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging platforms
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience with proven campaign results
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools
- Strong content creation skills (copywriting, basic graphic design)
- Excellent analytical thinking and data interpretation abilities
- Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
