Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO channels
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize marketing strategies
- Create compelling content for blogs, social media, and digital advertisements
- Manage and grow our social media communities with engaging interactions
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Stay updated on digital marketing innovations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
