Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO channels
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Create engaging content (blogs, social posts, email newsletters) aligned with brand voice
- Manage and grow our social media communities (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Collaborate with design team on visual assets for marketing materials
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (D3/S1)
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing or similar role
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools
- Strong written communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of Indonesian digital landscape and social media trends
