Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end TikTok and Meta advertising campaigns including setup, monitoring, and optimization
- Develop and implement CPA-focused digital marketing strategies aligned with business KPIs
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad assets
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years managing TikTok and Meta advertising campaigns
- Proven expertise in CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) models and performance marketing
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
