As an Onboarding to Resolution (O2R) Operational Process Analyst, you will be instrumental in creating, implementing, and managing efficient work processes that drive productivity and quality. - Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Design, implement, and monitor new workflow solutions for direct break fix operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports on process efficiency
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Train team members on new processes and ensure proper adoption across the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process analysis, optimization, or operational improvement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar software
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL) is a plus
