Join Coherent as our Director of Corporate Security for Southeast Asia and become a pivotal leader in safeguarding our global operations. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert and strategic advisor, driving comprehensive physical security and resilience initiatives across all business units and sites in the region. You will design and implement robust security frameworks aligned with international standards while addressing local regulatory requirements. Your leadership will directly enhance organizational preparedness through proactive risk assessment, threat mitigation, and crisis management protocols. This position offers the opportunity to shape security culture across diverse operations while collaborating with executive leadership to embed security priorities into business strategy.

- Develop and execute enterprise-wide security strategies for Southeast Asia operations
- Lead physical security assessments and implement risk-based protection measures
- Manage security teams and ensure compliance with ISO 28000 and local regulations
- Coordinate crisis response protocols and business continuity programs
- Oversee security technology deployments including surveillance and access control systems
- Establish vendor relationships for security services and specialized equipment
- Conduct security audits and provide executive-level briefings on emerging threats
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10+ years in corporate security with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in physical security and business continuity management
- Deep understanding of Southeast Asian security regulations and cultural contexts
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent security credential
- Advanced degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical skills for threat modeling and risk assessment
- Exceptional communication abilities for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
