Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute global/regional supply chain strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
- Optimize inventory management systems and implement cost-reduction initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement through lean methodologies and process automation
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain resilience and agility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing
- Proven track record of optimizing global supply chain networks and logistics operations
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong strategic planning and change management capabilities
- Experience with international trade compliance and customs regulations
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
