Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for Cisco DNA Center and Catalyst Center environments
- Design and implement network automation solutions using Cisco APIs and programmability
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and optimize system performance
- Develop network documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with global teams on network architecture and security initiatives
- Monitor network health and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Lead network migrations and upgrade projects for enterprise clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- CCNP or equivalent Cisco certification required
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Cisco DNA Center/Catalyst Center
- Expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Ansible) for network automation
- Experience with virtualization and cloud networking technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
