Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily plant operations and production targets to ensure timely delivery of fluids.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.
- Monitor fluid properties and quality control processes to meet customer specifications.
- Lead, train, and mentor plant personnel and operators to maintain high performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records and generate detailed operational reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling fluids or plant operations within the oil & gas industry.
- Strong understanding of drilling fluid chemistry, rheology, and mud engineering principles.
- Valid certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and plant management software.
