You'll handle everything from transporting high-end audiovisual equipment to configuring complex setups for corporate events, weddings, and festivals. The position demands physical stamina for lifting heavy gear (projectors, speakers, lighting rigs) and meticulous attention to detail during installation and breakdown. Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company vehicles for timely transport of AV equipment to event venues
- Execute professional setup and calibration of audiovisual systems including projectors, sound systems, and lighting
- Coordinate equipment collection and secure packaging post-event with damage prevention protocols
- Conduct pre-event equipment checks and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Maintain organized inventory of tools and supplies in company vehicles and storage facilities
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure precise timing of setup/breakdown schedules
- Adhere to safety regulations during equipment handling and vehicle operation
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in AV setup, logistics, or event production
- Physical capability to lift and carry equipment up to 25kg repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of audiovisual equipment (projectors, mixers, speakers)
- Strong time management skills with ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for client/team coordination
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Clean criminal record and background check clearance
