Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business processes and translate them into precise functional specifications for the Dynamics 365 GP implementation.
- Configure system modules, including Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing, to align with client business goals.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder management to ensure project scope is clearly defined.
- Conduct thorough system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and data migration planning.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure successful adoption of the new system.
- Collaborate with technical developers to resolve integration issues and optimize system performance.
- Ensure all project milestones are met within the agreed timeline and budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Functional Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 GP or Great Plains.
- Strong understanding of financial modules, reporting tools, and business process management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Valid work authorization to work in Malaysia.
