Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections of all electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, and power distribution units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime for hotel operations.
- Install, repair, and replace electrical fixtures, appliances, and equipment in guest rooms, corridors, and utility areas.
- Ensure strict adherence to local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company safety protocols at all times.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and maintenance tickets to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the engineering and facilities team to plan and execute electrical upgrades or renovation projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts inventory, and safety logs.
Kualifikasi
- Technical certificate or diploma in Electrical Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Electrician, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, circuit breakers, transformers, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
