Tanggung Jawab
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Support the team with various administrative projects as needed
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
