- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Document business processes, system configurations, and solution architectures
- Act as primary client liaison for ongoing system optimization and enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or similar role
- Proficiency in major ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for client interactions and training sessions
