Steris is currently looking for a detail-oriented ETO Sterilization Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Kuala Ketil, Kedah. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety through rigorous Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance.
As a key member of our logistics and manufacturing division, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of sterilization tasks and maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the organization and daily maintenance of the warehouse to ensure full compliance with GMP regulations and safety standards.
- Perform ETO (Ethylene Oxide) sterilization processing according to detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and inspect sterilization equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety before, during, and after cycles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages and ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations while operating heavy machinery or handling sensitive materials.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to prepare for internal and external audits.
- Ensure proper documentation of processing logs and inventory movements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a GMP-compliant warehouse or sterilization environment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of ETO sterilization processes and the ability to follow complex work instructions.
- Physically fit and capable of performing warehouse tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
