- Coordinate warehouse operations including inventory management, stock tracking, and logistics scheduling
- Support retail operations by managing product flow, display coordination, and customer service logistics
- Execute operational plans and initiatives to ensure smooth day-to-day manufacturing processes
- Act as primary liaison between warehouse, retail, and management teams for operational alignment
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for leadership review
- Assist in vendor management, procurement coordination, and supply chain optimization
- Support event planning, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks for operational teams
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator with warehouse/retail exposure
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with warehouse and retail teams
- Detail-oriented approach with ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
