Tanggung Jawab
- Manage facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure optimal operational conditions
- Oversee office administration, including procurement, inventory control, and asset management
- Coordinate vendor relationships and service contracts for facility-related services
- Implement health and safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
- Handle employee facilities requests and resolve operational issues promptly
- Develop and maintain facility management documentation and reporting systems
- Optimize space utilization and resource allocation across company premises
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or office administration
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and facility management software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in vendor coordination and contract management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
