Courtyard Padel Club is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. As a key financial steward, you'll manage critical accounting operations while ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. This role requires expertise in PPh (Income Tax), PPN (Value Added Tax), and BPJS (Social Security) systems, alongside hands-on experience with Coretax or similar tax reporting platforms. You'll be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly/annual reports, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage monthly tax filings including PPh, PPN, and BPHS contributions
- Prepare and submit accurate tax declarations using Coretax or equivalent platforms
- Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile financial statements
- Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payroll transactions
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in tax reporting (PPh/PPN)
- Proficiency in Coretax or similar tax software
- Deep understanding of BPJS regulations and calculations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
