We are looking for a strategic and analytical Finance Analyst to join the central global treasury practice at Arch Global Services. This is a key opportunity to establish and drive the insurance and reinsurance collateral management practices for the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust collateral management frameworks to mitigate financial risks. You will work closely with global stakeholders to ensure that all insurance and reinsurance arrangements are compliant, optimized, and securely managed. Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and optimize insurance and reinsurance collateral management practices.
- Monitor and analyze collateral requirements across various global accounts and counterparties.
- Collaborate with internal treasury teams to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct financial modeling and data analysis to support treasury decision-making processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and international regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency of treasury operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Mid-level experience (3-5 years) in treasury, financial analysis, or banking operations.
- Strong understanding of insurance and reinsurance concepts and collateral management.
- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data visualization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global environment.
