Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to understand client goals and risks.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their financial well-being.
- Present and recommend appropriate insurance and investment products to meet client objectives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
- Manage client portfolios and ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are up to date.
- Participate in training programs and sales workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, financial services, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to obtain relevant licenses (e.g., RFP, Life Agent License) as required by the company.
